Refund and Returns Policy

The Nature of Handmade

All our products are handmade, many using genuine animal by-products and reclaimed materials local to the artisans. Due to the nature of our production methods and materials, each product can vary slightly in both dimensions and coloring. While we believe that these natural variations enhance the authenticity and beauty of each item, we understand that some customers will require more exact product information before ordering. Returns & Exchange Policy

No Refunds/Exchanges for Onjanee.com orders. Sales on all items from Onjanee are final. Onjanee.com does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

Damages, Defects and Returns

Any merchandise damaged within the showroom or while out on approval will also be charged immediately as a final sale. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report damaged or defective shipments. Please include one or more photos of the damage being reported.

Whether or not an item is damaged will be at the discretion of Onjanee. If we determine that damage was made during production or shipping, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and Authorization Label, valid for 15 days. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, a credit for future order with us, or a credit back to the original form of payment.

Due to their specialized manufacturing, some items are non-returnable. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@onjanee.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement because of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Estimated shipping charges will be added at checkout based on location. Please allow one to two weeks for delivery.

Shipping Addresses

Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to post office box addresses.
